I'm here to again remind the board that the chaos in Washington is having local impacts.

Funding for Head Start is threatened
Narcan training and support is being defunded.
Tariffs could increase construction costs by 10-20%.
Tourism could drop by 20% as Canadian and other international visitors stay away.
We are seeing attacks on the rule of law with threats against law firms and the arrest of a judge in Wisconsin.
The checks and balances of our constitution are being undermined.

And also, when will the trash cans be put out in the park for the summer? People are already having picnics there.
